Sweep the flat top across pressed or loose powder make-up and gently buff onto skin using circular motions for a flawless finish. Continue this motion from your hairline to the apples of your cheeks for added coverage.
The head of this is on the small side compared to other flat top brushes I have. I bought this primarily to apply my cream foundations and even though I was slightly sceptical at the start, with the hairs being not that densely packed, I was impressed at its performance. This brush dabbed on my liquid/cream foundations very evenly and easily with no streaks. It's also quick to dry. I've bought 2 more as backups.
I've been using this with my pressed powder makeup and it works great! The finish is really even, smooth and less chalky than with other brushes. The only minus is that some hairs are falling off every time I use it.
Too dense and not soft enough

I use this brush for mineral cosmetics, find it too dense to buff and not soft enough. Yes i know most people says it's very soft, but a brush this dense for better coverage needs to be softer to feel gentle on the skin. I have no problem with the other ecotool brush with the same bristles which are less dense.

This is the most amazing brush i've ever used for buffing foundations, bb creams, cream blushes.. Very soft and dense even better than the elf stippling brush... AMAAZING

Really great brush for foundation but the bristles a little bit too long and it is quite difficult to do small circular motions.

I use it to apply foundation, quite good!
Very soft, even finish.

I love this brush! It's very soft, just like all of EcoTools' brushes. It's good for an airbrushed look as it really buffs the product into your skin/pores, especially with powder products. I use this for blending out blusher, contour and for applying mineral makeup. It doesn't exactly give extra coverage or whatever but it does apply product very evenly. Coverage will depend on the pigmentation of your product. Note: Buffing motions may not be ideal for dry or flaky skin as it will lift all the dry bits and make skin look really textured. With exfoliation and good skin-prep, this brush is great!
