Eden Kuzu Pasta is made from 100% kuzu root starch, hand extracted and crafted in Kagoshima, Japan. Kuzu is a traditional balancing food used to soothe and strengthen. Kuzu Pasta is beautiful in a dashi (broth) or soup; delicious in salads and stir fries; and delightful deep fried.

Suggested Use

To prepare: Boil water, add noodles and simmer for 10 minutes; rinse under cold running water, drain and serve.
