Japanese traditional health food

Posted by Reviewer1651341 on Feb 22, 2008

Aduki is Japanese traditional health food. It is good for kidney etc. And it tastes great. Cook it with dark brown sugar. Since it is hard to find aduki in many health stores, I am glad that iHerb carry this product.

LOVE the flavor of these beans and the fact that the can has a bisphenol-A free can lining.

Not my favorite

Posted by Reviewer2285047 on Dec 01, 2008

I would love to give full praise to Eden because they are a great company, but I wasn't as enthusiastic about these beans. The kombu is a thoughtful addition - it aids in digestion and provides a salty flavor that is much healthier than table salt, but either that or something else just threw off the taste for me. Perhaps I just got a bum can!
