I hadn't had organic black beans before, but these are excellent. When washing the beans, there were a lot fewer broken/bad beans than in my usual supermarket brand dry beans. They cooked up nicely and had a good flavor. I will definitely buy again for my own health and to support organic, non GMO farmers.
Good organic beans

Organic black beans are not available where I live (unless they are tinned) so to be able to order them from iherb, and at such a great price, is awesome! I use these for black bean soup and for a super tasty chicken and black bean enchilada-style crockpot soup - num num!!
