I understand the 1 star reviews because most people are used to 400 to 800 whopping mg per serving. Way too much salt! These cans come in at 115mg per serving, servings per container of 3.5. For a low sodium diet I use these to make a convenient, low sodium soup. I use 1 can of Cajun Rice & Beans mixed with 1 can of Eden Organic Small Red Beans, carrot juice, low salt tomato juice, Tobasco sauce, and I have 3 delicious meals. The Tobasco sauce helps a lot with the lack of (unhealthy) salt. You can do this with any of their rice and bean canned meals.
