iHerb Customer Reviews
From Ry: These beans are deliciously seasoned with my favorite spices: Organic paprika powder, cumin powder, and cayenne pepper powder; the cayenne is not excessive, only giving a nice warm effect. If you like the lingering taste of spice on your palate, then these beans have your name on them. Eden is one of only two major companies to my knowledge that use cans without BPA. Whole Foods never has told me why its cans still contain BPA. Strangely, as evident by their dark color, black beans provide some of the same beneficial anthocyanins found in blueberries. I eat an entire can without intestinal penalty (see my review about GofL digestive enzymes). By the way, independently-owned Eden Foods has pledged to remove carrageenan from its chocolate soy milk.
No BPA in the lining of the can makes this choice a no brainer.
