den Pickled Ginger is a versatile condiment of thinly sliced fresh ginger root pickled with red shiso (beefsteak) leaves in the traditional manner, made without preservatives, colorings or chemicals. Serve with sushi, vegetables, grain, fish, etc. It accentuates any meal.
Nori Rice Roll
1 cup cooked organic short grain brown rice
1 sheet Eden Sushi Nori
1 teaspoon Eden Shake
2 teaspoons Eden Pickled Ginger, chopped
Place nori on a cutting board, evenly spread rice to cover the lower half of the nori sheet. Sprinkle Eden Shake over the rice, then the pickled ginger. Roll up with wet hands forming a cylinder. Eat like a burrito, or slice to serve.
