This quinoa is very good and is a great alternative to rice, pasta and potatoes. It is also great to use in pies/quiche instead of flour.

I had never tried quinoa, was very pleased with the service and the quality. Made a casserole and have several other recipes I plan to try.
Loving the Quinoa...

I thought this was expensive for the tiny bag I got, until I actually made it! It yields SO much - so many helpings compared to what I thought looking at the bag. So, it turned out to be a good value as well as tasty and nutritious!
