The Ume plum, from trees that have never known chemicals in remote mountain orchards. Made of pureed, pickled umeboshi. Imparts a tangy, salty, sour flavor to salad dressings, sauces, soups and sushi. Try it on corn on the cob instead of butter.
Ume plums, sea salt, beefsteak leaves (shiso).

Goodbye Tums and Plop Plop Fizz Fizz! This is a natural acid reducer that works within a few minutes. It is very salty and be added to your favorite hot tea for better a flavor. We also use it as an alternative to salt while cooking.
This is a great addition to the flavoring and condiment collection in the kitchen. It has a lovely salty-sour flavor. It give a nice piquant kick to your vittles.

Would like to see iherb carry other brands that might be less expensive.

This is a highly flavorful healthy salty/sour paste which I use to flavor and garnish any food. Goes great with cheeses, fish, meats, vegetables, soups and salads.
