1/8 tsp salt (optional)
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 cup chocolate chips
In a saucepan, simmer the coconut milk, tapioca granules and salt (if using). Cook for 12 to 15 minutes while stirring often, until tapioca is completely transparent. I used tapioca all my life in Argentina. When I moved to Sweden, I couldn't find it anywhere. I was so happy to find it at iHerb. This is a nice and very good quality product. I use it in soups, desserts and other dishes.
