Not only was I suffering day and night sweats from being perimenopausal, but I was also taking medicine that caused the sweats also.I was miserable, constantly stripping the bed and changing clothes day and night.
My doctor recommended Remifemin,saying it should help,but don't expect miracles. She was wrong. It worked great, it was a miracle! It's hard to even remember how bad it was, because it's completely gone now.

Within a week of taking Remifemin, my hot flashes had subsided significantly. I've been taking this product for several months now, and no more waking up drenched with sweat in the middle of the night, and no more embarrassing hot spells and facial flushing during the day. This product really worked great for me!

I can't believe something actually helped! Had been having awful hot flashes, night sweats and mood swings...it's so much better since I started using this. Hot flashes are pretty much gone, have one occasionally but not nearly as bad as before.

I started taking Reminfenen close to 3 weeks ago after months of insomnia and non-stop hot flashes. I was exhausted and the hot flashes were so uncomfortable that I had to sleep with a fan blowing on me.
I have not had one single hot flash since day #1 and as far as insomnia...gone. Matter of fact, if anything, I find myself sleeping to much.
I highly recommend this product.
One thing, and I am researching. I had not had my period in 3 months. I got it about 7-8 days after I starting taking this and Ive had it since...now 10 days!! I dont know if its coincidence or side effect. ???
Either way, Im sleeping soundly and feeling 100% better!

Ladies, please do try Remifemin for your hot flashes! I was having extreme hot flashes every 30 minutes and started Remifemin on my doctor's advice. It stopped the hot flashes cold - pun definitely intended! Yes, it took about 8 weeks to kick in, but it's worth waiting. Haven't had a hot flash in over 6 months. I take 2 regular Remis in the morning and one Remifemin Goodnight before bedtime. They make my menopause symptoms disappear!
