People have gathered around the table for years to share food and stories, feeding the stomach and the spirit. At Attune Foods, we make food we want to eat with you in mind.

We believe pure ingredients taste better and are naturally nutritious, so that's what we use. We ourselves are label readers and know it's important for the ingredients listed to make sense to you. We believe in the wisdom imparted by our grandparents that balance and mindful eating are a part of a healthy lifestyle. Attune Foods commits to bringing you food that helps you feel good and that you can feel good about eating with your family.

So that's us. If you've got a story to share about our foods, we'd love to hear it.

America's favorite organic crispy brown rice cereal without salt

What matters most is what's inside...the box: We believe pure ingredients taste better and are naturally nutritious, so that's what we use.

We take whole grains of U.S. grown organic brown rice and blend them with gluten free organic brown rice syrup to enhance the natural flavor of the whole grain. Then, we cook the rice and puff it to its crispy best - minus the salt.

Enjoy by the bowl, sprinkled over yogurt or in your favorite treat recipe.

What matters most is what's inside...you: We make our food with your digestive health in mind to keep you feeling good from the inside out. We proudly offer several certified gluten free cereals.

Gluten is the protein found in wheat. For people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance, the only treatment is a strict gluten free diet, which helps heal the small intestine, improving overall health.

Since 1966, Erewhon has led the organic revolution and we remain passionately committed to providing the purest organic foods. Like many people today, you might actually find yourself wary of packaged foods. "If what you eat is good, and pure, and true to its source, all else will follow." This philosophy shaped Erewhon organic cereals. The name Erewhon (Air-wahn) comes from a 19th century novel by Samuel Butler. Erewhon was a utopia where each person was responsible for her/his own health, something we strive to make possible with Erewhon organic cereals.

Great GF cereal alternative if salt is an issue for you

Posted by NBPT100 on Jul 23, 2013

This is one of the better Gluten free (GF)and organic cold breakfast cereals I have found. It tastes good and is very low in sugar and salt. It has much less salt than its sister cereal so it is a great alternative to someone who needs to watch their salt intake. It is certified Organic by Oregon Tilth which is a much stricter certification than USDA Organic. Also certified non-GMO. I try to avoid gluten free cereals that contain corn as much of the corn in the US is GMO. This has no corn in it. Corn is also one of the more common foods that people are testing sensitive to. This one passes all of my personal requirements. If you found this review helpful kindly visit my iherb home page for more value added reviews. Peace and good health.

Simply amazing!

I know it's "just corn flakes", but they were really tasty and just crunchy enough. I eat it every day, and couldn't do without. After using it for a while, I make sure to buy new packets every other week just to make sure I don't run out. Absolutely love the flavour, and love that it could be used as supplements to yoghurt or energy bars. One downside though: they get soggy really quick, so I always make sure not to poure too much milk in and eat it right away.

Healthy rice crispies! I use them to make a light crunchy bar for a hiking snack. Excellent.

Just okay for me.

Not a bad cereal, but for the money, I'd stick to others -- puffed kamut, puffed rice, more bang for the buck. However, if you want a healthier version of rice krispies, this is for you.

i bought this cereal because my 15 month old loves to share a bowl of cereal with me and i wanted him to have something healthy. he loved it although it's pretty tasteless and, according to the box, has almost zero nutrients. i'd still buy it again as it could make some fun cookies or treats with it..
