We use only premium, triple cleaned flax seed assuring wholesome, superior quality & freshness.
In a coffee, food processor or flax grinder add 3 tbsp of whole flax seed until ground. Once ground then add 3 tbsp of flax to smoothies, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, salad, pasta, juice, ice cream, baked goods or any of your favorite foods. Blends great without affecting the flavor. Great for kids or adults! When increasing daily flax usage start with 1 tbsp and gradually increase daily until amount desired.

iHerb Customer Reviews
This is the best Flax seed I have tried...Great Flavor, good container...Highly recommend!!
These are nice and tasty (I like them better than the brown ones), and the container has this narrowing at the back which makes it easier to hold and pour from - for those with smaller hands like me. I keep them in my fridge to prolong shelf life. I use these a lot in raw food recipes and also just over my salads to add some extra nutrients and texture. My only wish would be for these to be organic seeds!
