We use only premium, triple cleaned flax seed assuring wholesome, superior quality & freshness.
In a coffee, food processor or flax grinder add 3 tbsp of whole flax seed until ground. Once ground then add 3 tbsp of flax to smoothies, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, salad, pasta, juice, ice cream, baked goods or any of your favorite foods. Blends great without affecting the flavor. Great for kids or adults! When increasing daily flax usage start with 1 tbsp and gradually increase daily until amount desired.
Substitute Flax for eggs, butter & oil
Ground Flax can be used in many recipes by substituting eggs, butter & oil.
1 egg = 1 tbsp Flax + 3 tbsp water
1 tbsp margarine, butter or oil = 3 tbsp Flax
