Tibetan medicine teaches that there are three lines of defense for general well-being: the electromagnetic field around one's body, the immune system, and the digestive system. Cold Stop tea puts those ancient concepts to modern use with a synergistic blend of organic herbs and spices including organic peppermint, ginger, cardamom, thyme and eucalyptus.
Bija teas are made from the finest herbs and spices in the world. To ensure the protection and stability of the herbs and volatile oils, they are sealed in a special shielded overwrap, thus providing the utmost care for the highest quality of ingredients that nature has to offer.
For an Inspired Cup of Tea
Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Pour over a bag of Bija Cold Stop and steep 3-4 minutes to desired strength. Squeeze bag gently and remove. Hot or iced, this is a sublime thirst quencher.

Bija Cold Stop taken at first sign of feeling a cold coming on will stop the cold. Drink it hot with plenty of lemon and sugar and watch the unenlightened around you fall sick. Have faith and try it!
Just the right amout of cinnamin make it very tasty. My favorite tea, even when I don't have a cold!
