Amid the mountains of ancient Tibet, people believed that purification was necessary to revitalize the entire system. Tibetans still follow this teaching as the best way to promote general wellbeing. The mixture of bitter and sweet herbs and spices in Bija Deep Cleanse tea follows traditions as old and pure as the streams that run down the Himalayas.
Bija teas are made from the finest herbs and spices in the world. To ensure the protection and stability of the herbs and volatile oils, they are sealed in a special shielded overwrap, thus providing the utmost care for the highest quality ingredients that nature has to offer.
For a Perfect Cup of Tea
Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Pour over a bag of Bija Deep Cleanse tea and steep 4-5 minutes to desired strength. Squeeze bag gently and remove. Hot or iced, this is a sublime thirst quencher

Tastes good and is good for you. I really like this tea, and I've found that after steeping the tea for 5 minutes the first time, I can steep for as long as needed to get a second rich-tasting cup as well. (Usually 15+ minutes)
