Ancient cultures across the globe used hawthorn as an herbal elixir. North American indigenous tribes from the Cherokee to the Meskwaki took the root and fruits for their health. Traditional Chinese and European doctors used hawthorn as a tonic for their well being. Bija mixes this age-old remedy with hibiscus and passionflower to promote well being.
Bija teas are made from the finest herbs and spices in the world. To ensure the protection and stability of the herbs and volitile oils, they are sealed in a special shielded overwrap, thus providing the utmost care for the highest quality of ingredients that nature has to offer.

iHerb Customer Reviews
The tea tastes very good. I am not sure if I am recieving any benefits yet, however they taste and the comfort I get while drinking it is all that matters. I feel calmer when I drink it.
I enjoy the flavor of the Hawthorne Tea, and drink one to two cups per day. It is too early to tell if there ia a direct health benefit, but I enjoy it for the flavor, so I will continue to drink daily John Canell
