Suggested Use

Children 1 to 4 years of age: 1 teaspoonful (1/4 measuring capful = 5 mL) twice daily.

Children 4 years of age and over and young adults: 2 teaspoonfuls (half a measuring capful = 10 mL) twice daily.

For Kosher Use: Mix two teaspoons (half of measuring cup) into a half a glass of water or juice.
