Our Proprietary MushRex^® Blend contains Six Certified-Organic Mushroom Species that have been included in this formula because of their centuries-old and more recent usage in China, Japan & Russia. Take 1 packet daily, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Immune Punch can be mixed with 3-6 ounces of purified water, hot tea, your favorite 100% pure fruit juice of your daily smoothie. May be taken with or without food. May be minimally sweetened if desired. For best results use a shaker cup.
