Chili Sweet Potato Fries
2 sweet potatoes 1 tablespoon soy oil or olive oil seasoning salt to taste 1/2 to 1 teaspoon chili pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Scrub and slice sweet potatoes into strips. Drizzle oil onto potatoes, tossing until lightly covered. Mix with hands if necessary. Sprinkle with seasoning salt and then with chili pepper.
Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until fries are caramelized and crunchy.
Chili peppers can be irritating to eyes and skin. Use caution when handling.
