Theese are great! They taste almost nothing, and are great on top of cereals, salads and other cold dishes (remember not to heat theese, as they loose much of their beneficial health effects). Also, I've been told that they should be crushed in a morter before eating.
Good for baking bread. The chia seeds gels up in water and binds the dough together specially in low carb bread with lots of fibers.

Chia seeds are so healthy and you can do so much with them since they don't have a lot of taste. I put chia seeds in smoothies. I also put them on top of salads. There are so many things to do with them. My daughter makes a chia pudding.
