I liked this flour better than Bob's Red Mill. It works quite well in baking paleo style and tastes great.
Best low carb pancakes ever. I simply mix 1/4 cup of almond flour, 1 large egg, and 1/4 tsp of aluminium free baking powder, a small pinch of salt. I cook in coconut oil for extra flavor. Makes one large or several small pancakes. I find no need for sweetener. Make sure is lightly browned before flipping - if you try to flip too early it will break up.

I have loved this for a long time, but the last one I received was rancid. I just lost $12.13. I am elderly and it is not worth this to me to look up which order or to return it or make a picture of it.
Great Substitute for Regular Flour!
