1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups almond flour
Oil for griddle
1/4 cup agave nectar
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
In a blender, combine eggs, agave, vanilla and water and blend on high until smooth. Add almond flour, salt and baking soda and blend mixing dry ingredients into batter. Oil griddle or large skillet over medium heat. Pour pancake batter onto skillet. Pancakes will form little bubbles, when bubbles open, flip pancakes over and cook other side. Repeat with remaining batter.
Makes 12 pancakes
Substitute up to one-third of the recommended flour in your favorite baking recipes with California almond flour for added flavor.
100% ground almonds
Store in a cool dry place.

Because I'm usually too lazy to blanche my own almonds... I Use it for baking cakes, muffins and cookies. Good fresh quality :)

Also it's a bit lower in fat than other almond flours.

Best almond flour we have used. Blanched and milled so finely that baked goods turn out great! Pity it is almost always out of stock!
