Lovely! Highly Recommended

Himalayan pink salt has a wondrously sweet aftertaste, unlike all other salts. When I make tonkatsu (Japanese breaded pork cutlet), I do not use any tonkatsu sauce; instead, just sprinkle some pink salt for a most yummicious clean sweet flavour! Some are concerned that this salt is not iodized - this is not of concern to us as our diet includes lots of iodine-rich foods like seaweed, fish, other seafoods.
