Suggested Use

Vital Cleanse 2 - Sweetish Bitters Elixir Alcohol-Free
Adults: Take 45 drops of extract in a small amount of warm water twice daily. Take once before lunch and once before dinner.
Vital Cleanse 3 - Vital Cleanse Powder
Adults: Take one heaping teaspoon in 8-10 ounces of warm water, once in the a.m. before breakfast. Shake well and drink immediately as this mixture will thicken quickly when applied to water.
