Chocolate Melting Instructions
Stove Top: Place chips in double boiler over gently simmering (not boiling) water. Stir chips constantly until melted.
Microwave: Heat chocolate in a microwave safe container at medium power (50%) for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Stir until bowl no longer feels warm. Continue heating at 15-30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Semi-sweet chocolate (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin - an emulsifier, vanilla). May contain milk.
Store in a cool and dry place.

I guess I had to good expectations, but it actually did not tasted like chocolate to me. Maybe Im too spoiled with belgian and german chocolate in the stores, but norwegian chocolate is soooo much better than this. My european taste buds did not like it, sorry..... it looks nice though! :):)
Have bought a lot of these from iherb over the last couple of years. Use them as they are, for cookies and cupcakes. Melt them with a little coconut oil to dip strawberries, or use as frosting. Melt them in milk to make hot chocolate. Sometimes eat a few as is, if I have chocolate cravings. Not the worst thing to eat, it is both dark chocolate, and semi sweet. Will keep buying these, and recommend them to everyone!

I'm so happy that I heard ships this product. It is almost impossible to get chocolate chips in South Korea.

Bought these because its hard to find vegan chocolate chips for baking. I did like them, and I have a sweet tooth, but they were a little bit too sweet for my liking.
