Constitutional rights are fundamental. Especially for those of us with constitutions that outlaw gluten. But here's a fundamental favorite that bakes up so light in texture that it defies the laws of gravity.
- Entire bag of Glutino Gluten Free Pizza Crust mix
- Enclosed packet of yeast (2 ¼ tsp)
- 1 ¾ lukewarm water or milk
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey or 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
- 2 eggs plus 1 egg white or 1 egg and 3 egg whites, lightly beaten
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Pour mix and yeast into large bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients and add to mix.
Roll out on lightly oiled pizza pan or cookie sheet and let rise to desired thickness.
Alternatively you can place the toppings on the dough and let rise during the baking process.
Bake 15 minutes or until edges of crust are brown.
Makes 2 - 12 inch pizzas.
White rice flour, potato starch, corn starch, guar gum, granulated honey, salt, yeast.

i've made gluten-free pizza many times from scratch and from bob's red mill and it's great but this product had very bad instructions for the pizza. if i didn't know how to make it i would have thrown it away. anyway, it was not as good as others i've had. it would probably be good for the french bread, but not for pizza.
This is an excellent mix. The bread is the closest thing to tasting like wheat bread I have found that is gluten free. We use it to make all our pizza crusts, and also for bread cubes for dipping in cheese fondue. I usually use a bread machine, but I am going to try and bake it on a cookie sheet to make it into a regular loaf of french bread.

I like this as a pizza crust, but my family did not like it so much as a french bread.

Trying to make GF breads from scratch has been a chore for me living in South Korea. This one came out great. The bread is a little heavy, but it tastes like french bread. I highly recommend trying it.

SO exciting to have a GF french bread mix. Ok, it's not as crusty and not as chewey, but it's really great for gf. The pizza is also a winner.

Finally made this today in our bread machine. Turned out perfectly. Taste is as good as regular French bread. Good taste, without the wheat, and very easy to make.
