Finally Protein for All People

Growing Naturals has harvested the secret of allergen-free whole grain brown rice, unleashing all its amazing possibilities, lifelong nutrition, easy applications and natural flavor.

The Rice Protein Revolution

Growing Naturals' rice protein supplies all the daily essential amino acids our bodies require but may not be getting from whole foods. It's the only rice protein to utilize a 90% protein (isolate), thanks to a proprietary chemical-free, raw, sprouted process that extracts the naturally occurring plant protein. The result is a complete protein with desired bioavailability, digestibility and satiety, but none of the allergens and cholesterol plus less sodium than often found in whey.

*A small study found that 48 g, or two servings, of rice protein isolate, in combination with a diet of 25% protein, 50% carbohydrates, and 25% fat, and resistance exercise three times per week for 4-8 weeks, helps young male athletes increase lean body mass.

Suggested Use

Mix the yummy vanilla thickness you like by shaking or blending one serving with 6 to 12 ozs chilled water, non-dairy milk or get creative. Sprinkle into shakes, backed goods, sauces and more to make any meal high in protein. It mixes well with Growing Naturals Raw Pea Protein to create a potent, synergistic plant protein blend.

Other Ingredients

Organic sprouted whole grain brown rice protein isolate, organic sprouted whole grain brown rice syrup solids, organic flavor, organic guar gum, organic gum arabic, organic stevia, sea salt, organic sunflower oil. Organic flavor not derived from corn, soy or gluten.

This protein was manufactured in a sustainable electricity-free rice husk-fueled facility.

Helps stabilize my blood sugar

Posted by Reviewer2221911 on Jan 31, 2012

I find this product to be a good substitute for Ortho-Molecular Glycemic Foundation because it contains oryzatein, a brown rice protein isolate, but is much less expensive. It stabilizes my blood sugar and tastes good. All natural, organic ingredients and only 1 gram of sugar.

great for sensitive tummy

Posted by kathrynngeorge on May 13, 2013

I've been buying this in Australia and I pay $48 AUD here for the identical tub. Thank goodness for iherb. I find this easy to digest as I can't tolerate a lot of protein powders with my gastritis. Would never be without it.

switching back to sun warrior

Posted by Riemsesy on Jun 13, 2013

Per gram, is this Rice Protein cheaper than Sunwarrior and the taste should be the same. That is what I read in an other review, but it doesn't. The taste is a bit less than that of Sunwarrior, but it isn't distastful. You get used to it in a few shakes. On the other side, the texture of Growing Naturals Rice Protein is better. It's softer/smoother. To my opinion Sunwarrior's protein feels like chalk in the end.

Best protein powder!

Posted by Reviewer1254900 on Feb 01, 2012

It's good for you, mild taste, and doesn't have a lot of bad things in it. Good source of protein for vegans, and women with PCOS. I highly recommend. Really good quality. I put it in my smoothies every week!

Just as good as the more expensive powders

Posted by Umbridge on Feb 19, 2012

Most people I know use the more expensive Sun Warrior, but this is identical in taste and texture. No grittiness, not too sweet and nice, subtle vanilla flavour. I highly recommend it.
