Versatile 100% Expeller Pressed Hain Safflower Oil is best for general cooking--its neutral flavor makes it excellent for light sauteing, sauces, salads and stir frying. Suggested Use
Tomato-Cucumber-Onion Salad
Combine 1/3 cup Hain Cider Vinegar, 1 tablespoon Hain Turbinado Sugar, 2 tablespoons water,1 tablespoon Hain Safflower Oil, 1/4 teaspoon Hain Sea Salt and 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper in a bowl. Whisk until blended. Add 2 cups peeled and sliced cucumbers, 2 cups diced tomatoes and 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions. Toss until coated with dressing. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Makes about 6 servings.
