- Cook Organic Udon in rapid boiling water for 4 minutes (salt or oil is not needed).
- For cold dish, drain, then rinse well with cold water. Drain again.

It was a sad moment realizing my chinese girlfriend never had eaten such a great noodles before. Even in China. These are the best noodles we've ever tasted. So easy to make them taste good, and so healthy ingredients. After eating these, we throw away the old cheap noodle we've bought from some local asian store.

It taste just like any other udon noodle only plus point it is organic.

What i like about this udon is that it has slightly salty taste to it, so it adds a taste to your mouth. Texture also great!
