For best results, bring water to a boil and let it sit for up to a minute before pouring over the sachet. Allow the tea to steep for 3-5 minutes. Steep shorter for a subtle flavor, longer for a bolder brew.

Choco Nut is great with a touch of honey. Try using a cup or two of tea instead of water to add zing to sauces or classics like Mole Poblano.
