iHerb Customer Reviews
Listed in 'Other ingredients' is carrageenan. This ingredient may be unsafe. Please Google it for yourself. I discarded my bottle and went back to NOW, even though they're gelatin caps.
I bought this to help with my hair loss. The oil itself (I'd bite the capsules to test the quality of the oil) tasted fresh and seemed decent quality. If it helped with my hair, I'm not sure as pumpkin seed oil only helps to moderately affect DHT levels. I ended up switching to Flora, Organic Hydro-Therm Pumpkin Seed Oil as it was a much better bang for the buck. (bulk oils/powders most always are).
