great for skin/complexion,
December 07, 2007
From Nebraska
I read a book on how this combination will help balance our omega oils and clear up acne. I used it for a full month and after about 2 weeks my skin started to clear; by the end of the month I could eat about anything and not break out. I did find it for about $3.00 less someplace else.
If you mix it with Kefir it makes it absorb into your system better. I buy the already made kefir in the grocery stores health food section for 3.50 a bottle. The best part is now I don't spend money on skin products; just kefir and total EFA! FYI; I used 1 T. per day, but I'm small. Perhaps someone larger might need more, but 1 -2T is what the book said to use. It also had made my fingernails grow like mad!!! Nice little exra :)

Best EFA ever!,
June 22, 2008
From Malaysia
I've never been a fan of oil supplements, and never will be but this EFA gets 5 stars. It's always fresh tasting and has an astounding effect on my skin. I take this almost daily with my kefir and it helps to keep my skin supple, smooth and the sebum level balanced out. I've also not had any menstrual cramps since taking this.

Good product!,

I have heard that this company blends organic quality oils so I've tried this total EFA blend. At first I thought it was rancid because of the taste, but I read other reviews stating this is how it's supposed to taste as it is not artificially flavored. I take 1 Tbsp of this in the morning and it just makes me feel great, and you begin to like the taste after a while.
For that other reviewer who thought the product was rancid... it actually isn't rancid. That is how it tastes

Great for non pill swallowers,
November 17, 2008
From California
My son's doctor wanted him to begin taking fish oil, or something with the omega 3 and EFA. He is unable to swallow pills or capsules and this oil is perfect for him. I just mix it in with his drink in the morning and he gets his daily dose. As he doesn't complain it can't taste too bad.

Great balance of fatty acids; not a strong taste; stays good for a long time if kept in fridge.

Good.,

I switched to this from a Nature's Answer oil, just to compare. The quality is good, the Omegas are all there, but I don't like the cap - you pour by squeezing - or the fact that you can't see how much is left, as the bottle is so dark.
