ChocoLite Protein Shake Mix is a premium easy-mixing shake mix designed to help serious dieters lose weight fast. ChocoLite Protein Shakes provide a high 24 grams of the highest quality protein (Whey Protein Isolate - 90% pure) in every shake. It helps flush the fat out through the inclusion of 5 g quality fiber. ChocoLite's fat source is superior as well. It is comprised of medium chain triglycerides (MCT's), which new science has shown to increase energy and actually burn fat. These fat calories burn as fuel instead of being stored as fat as other fat sources tend to do.
ChocoLite Protein Shake Mix also contains a superior natural prebiotic fiber called NutraFlora. NutraFlora feeds the good bacteria in the stomach, small intestine and colon. Because it is a group of short chain fructoligosaccharides, it digests much slower eliminating gas and discomfort associated with other fiber sources. Benefits include:
- Improves mineral absorption including Calcium
- Promotes a healthy digestive system
- Increases the level of good bacteria
- Strengthens the immune system
Blend, shake or stir 2 scoops of powder into 12 oz (1 1/2 cups) cold water. For thicker, creamier shakes, use a blender and mix for 30-40 seconds.

I am currently working my way through the range of flavours offered by Healthsmart Foods. So far, this one is a clear winner and now forms part of my first meal of the day. The specification reads well and the taste corresponds. I can't recommend them highly enough. One slight blemish, is that they don't offer a larger size, say 908 gr or 1 kg, as most other company's supplying a product of this nature, do.
I put it in the blender with icecubes some milk and a teaspoon of instant coffee :)

Nice flavour but quite sweet

I like the flavour of this protein powder but I found that it was too sweet for me. If you don't like things that are particularly sweet, I wouldn't recommend this. I ended up diluting this with an unflavoured protein powder to finish it up. If you love sweet iced coffee, you'll love this! It mixed very smoothly for me.

I tried it once and it was way too sweet. I won't be buying from this company again.
