Healthy Origins makes one of the best CoQ10 Gels. Its all natural with no chemicals. When I saw the price that iherb was selling it for. I bought it instantly. COQ10 is probably the best vitamin for the heart.

An absolute must for anyone taking statin's such as Lipitor, Crestor or Vytorin. Marked improvement from the "brain fog" effect statins can cause. I highly recommend it.

Wouldn't do without it!,

I have taken CoQ10 daily (few years now) for dental/gum issues. I have gotten good reports and stable numbers on my gums every time since I've been taking the CoQ10. Before that things were not so good or stable. I know CoQ10 had made a difference!

I've been taking CoQ10 for 15 years now because the normal concentration we are born with decreases with each year we live. This is absolutely essential for energy production! Eating foods to try to replace it is impossible. As any one who is getting older knows, we slowly lose that spark, zing, that get-up and go as time passes but CoEnzyme Q10 helps to restore that youthful edge. I've used many brands and frankly, they all have their advantages but this brand seems to be quite good at helping to maintain the energy required for an active life.

I need 800 mg of Q10 daily to keep my heart working, any shortfall is immediately apparent
I have tried many brands of Q10 to find a more affordable one than I am able to buy in UK, but all have failed to give the same performance, until I tried Healthy Options Q10. It is fully effective and heart symptoms are kept completely away.
