I am allergic to tomatoes, so I am happy I can buy this extra-strong Lycopene!! Lycopene and Zinc are antagonists, so if you are taking a lot of Lycopene, you need to take also Zinc. My Doctor recommends 30 mg of Lycopene/day taken with 50m. . . . You can find other products I use on my Page! I use only products that have Scientifically Proven benefits.
Lowered by blood pressure by about 10% after 3 months of continuous usage!!!

Lyc-o-mato is good for the circulation

I have been taking Lyc-O-Mato for about 12 months and although I can't prove anything I feel it is doing my circulation good as my legs do not ache as much as they used to. I did stop for a few weeks recently but then when my legs began to ache again I started taking it again and the aches went.
Really good for cholesterol

I'm a big guy. So I take 2 caps 3x a day. My cholesterol went down to normal after a few months. Now I follow a low carb diet so I eat lots of animal protein (balanced of course). I'm due for a lab test soon after a year on lycopene and it looks like I won't ever have to take statins!
