Healthy Origins Ubiquinol (also called Kaneka QH) is the active "Antioxidant" form of CoQ10, responsible for the powerful preventative benefits associated with CoQ10. Normally, the conversion process from CoQ10 to Ubiquinol occurs naturally in the body. Supplementing with Ubiquinol is important for individuals who may have difficulty with the natural conversion of CoQ10 to Ubiquinol. Ubiquinol supplementation is very important to:
- Those suffering from specific conditions, especially related to oxidative stress
- Adults over 40 years of age
For other adults, Healthy Origins CoQ10 remains a beneficial supplement for your health and wellness program.
All Healthy Origins Ubiquinol softgels are manufactured through a reduction process of CoQ10 and are encapsulated in the USA using only Kaneka QH produced exclusively in Pasadena, TX, USA.
Adults: Take one (1) softgel daily with food, or as directed by a physician.

This product is the best value ubiquinol around, and the quality is there too, it being produced by the Japanese company that holds the patent. iHerb's service is amazing- I receive my order from the other side of the world within a week of placing an order. Ernie , Australia
Since my heart attack in 2004 I have been using straight CoQ 10, lately I have switched to UbiQuinol CoQ10, So far I have been satisfied with the product and feel energized and good. A lot of Doctors do not know that if you are taking a Satin drug like lipitor, the drug robs your own body of about 40% of your own CoQ 10 production, and if anything you need after a heart is damaged by the attack, you need all the more the energizing natural supplement CoQ 10.
Great for fibro fatigue

I have used all the forms of Q10 and have found this one - ubiquinol - the best. I need only take a lower dose per day, 1 x 200g. Over the past two years I have tested by not taking it for a couple of weeks and then returning to it, several times and it does clearly help with the fatigue.

I took one soft gel 3 times per day with meals. I like to take this along with NA-R-ALA at 200mg per dose. These are complimentary antioxidants that act as mitochondrial energy regulators. High quality and highly recommended.

Make sure you buy uniquinol NOT uniquinon as this one is not the best form of CoQ-10

This product is useful in reversing the effect of statin. It took me about two months of the supplements before seeing to see the results. I am taking together with Source Naturals, Acetyl L-Carnitine & Alpha-Lipoic Acid, 650 mg.
