Love Those White Chia Seeds,
January 23, 2009
From Florida
I love these white Chia seeds! I have boundless energy and somehow they seem to surpress my appetite! I take 1TBS. in OJ 3 times a day. I have gotten my son and his family and several of my friends to try them also. I'm fitting into clothes that just a couple of months ago were too small. I am losing most of the inches in my abdomen. I could go on about how great they are but just try them. You'll see! Just be consistant taking them. Happy in Florida

Healthy Origins, White Chia Seed, 16 oz (454 g) ,
October 02, 2008
From Kansas
Excellent product and the best price that I could find on the internet. I purchased for my parents as a replacement for flax seed. It has similar properties, but more of everything that is good for you. They loved it so much that I bought some for my self. Lots of fiber, protien, and Omega-fats. Zero taste (other than a slight crunch if you eat it dry). I add it to just about anything I eat or drink. My parents say that it promotes regularity. However, since taking it, the main thing I've noticed is that I have felt more clear headed -- not smarter, just able to think more clearly.

Nutrition Enhancer,

From California
This is a great nutrient dense food. I soak some in water to make a gel and add to my smoothie. The omega fatty acids, fiber, protein and other nutrients help keep me full for a long time.

Great way to get Omega3 oils and fiber,
July 28, 2008
From Florida
I really enjoy the seeds in my milk in the morning. Does not leave a bad taste in your mouth and the texture is different as they soak up the liquid. I like the white seeds as sometimes they will stick inbetween your teeth and the white does not show. I also put them in yogurt.

I grind these and put them in my waffles. I have noticeably more stamina and one waffle is enough, when I used to eat two.

Good product,

I add it to almost everything including Soups & Salads. I suggest crushing with a mortar & pestle and adding to your spice mix because the little seed get caught up between your teeth, plus by crushing is you make oils and nutrients more easily available for absorption.

More economical than Salba!,
May 01, 2009
From Pennsylvania
I've been using Salba for over a year. I decided to try Healthy Origins White Chia Seed. I bought a little grinder for $20 on Amazon. HOW Chia seed tastes as good as Salba brand. I grind enough for the whole week and then refrigerate it. The whole seed HOW Chia lasts twice as long as the already ground Salba that I was using. I'll stick with this product!

Great Price for white chia,
June 17, 2009
From New York
this is a great for white chia, use as you would flax seed. You don't need to grind chia see like you do flax seed, but depending on what you're using it in you may want to.
