Product Overview

  • Traditional Immune Formula
  • Herbal Supplement

Discussion: Once a staple in New England farm kitchens, elderberry syrup has been traditionally used for healthy immune support. This syrup contains elderberries, raw honey, echinacea, propolis, and apple cider vinegar to help promote overall wellness. The apitherapy raw honey has never been heated or filtered and thus retains the beneficial traces of pollen, propolis, and beeswax which the flowers and bees have provided.

Suggested Use

Shake well. Use only as directed. Take 1 serving every two hours as needed. Do not exceed 5 servings per day.

Other Ingredients

Pure grain alcohol and water.

Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children. Keep your licensed health care practitioner informed when using this product. Do not give to children under the age of 1 year old. Bee products may cause an allergic reaction in some people. Not recommended for excessive or long-term use.

For coughs, this works pretty well.

Posted by Reviewer2669743 on Oct 25, 2011

I use this for something I give my children on the side, when their croup/cough is bad. Elderberry is great for respiratory support and breathing. 1 tsp every 2 hours when needed. MAKE YOUR OWN SYRUP LIKE THIS!!!!!!!!! Put 4 cups water and 2 cups dried elderberries in the crockpot on Warm. Heat in crockpot for 24 to 36 hours on warm. Mash and strain berries out. Cool. Add: 1.7 oz bottle of Echinamide, a bottle (100 capsules) of NOW brand Propolis (empty each capsule into the syrup), 1 cup Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 cup Raw Honey, and Nutribiotic Grapefruit Seed Extract 20 drops. This keeps for several months in the refrigerator Store in Refrigerator till cool. shake well before using... Dosages are 1 Tablespoon for Adult Matenience, and 1 T. every two hours when sick. Children ages 6-12 2 tsp per day to prevent, and 2 tsp every 2 hours when sick. Children ages 1-5 1 tsp per day to prevent and 1 tsp every two hours when sick. This works out to around 4.00 for an 8 oz jar of syrup

This could be the perfect food!

Posted by Reviewer3363339 on Dec 10, 2009

This is flavorful! Plus, I work at a high school, which is ground zero for germs. I take this every night before bed, and I am the only one that has remained healthy, while the rest of the staff has been sneezing and coughing. I say it works, by golly!

Stops colds and flu

Posted by Reviewer2670655 on Jan 04, 2010

This magic elixir fixes my family right up when colds and flu get them down. Healthy, natural and it works. And it tastes great, too. The price is phenomenal. Our local health food place charges almost ten dollars more for this product.

Vitamin C in Raw Honey

Posted by Reviewer3355139 on Oct 14, 2008

A natural way to get your vitamin C from berries and as far as I know, the only syrup that uses raw honey -- so that the enzymes and minerals are still living. Tastes Great!
