For oily scalp but leaves hair shiny too!

Posted by Reviewer1103521 on Aug 21, 2009

I have been having scalp issues for some time: Sensitive, Oily scalp- but then I had been getting dandruff also! I have used about 10 different "natural" or "organic" shampoos and all the ones for scalp issues seem to contain Tea Tree Oil, which I need to avoid as it seems to irritate my scalp more. I am very gald to have found a shampoo specifically for oily scalp without tea tree oil. A small amount gives a good amount of lather. I also highly recommend the Lemon Verbena Conditioner. One bottle should last a long time.

Got a lot of Breakage from washing my hair...

Posted by Reviewer2367695 on May 08, 2010

This shampoo does wonders for scalp issues. The only downside is that it doesn't lather very well unless you use a whole handful of it. I got annoyed because I have fine hair and I was getting alot of breakage from washing my hair with it. It's a great treatment though. Would be perfect for a guy with short hair.

Hugo Naturals, Lemon Verbena Shampoo

Do not like this shampoo at all. It leaves my hair flat and feeling as if something is left behing in my hair.

Not too impressed

Posted by Reviewer2190511 on Oct 07, 2009

The shampoo makes my hair flat and limp and causes a lot of hair loss. The only positive thing is it doesn't leave as much residue on my scalp like other shampoos do.

Gentle and pleasant

Posted by Reviewer2007369 on Nov 17, 2009

I bought this for a friend whose hair is just growing back after chemotherapy. She loves everything about it--the mild scent, the natural ingredients, and the way it softens her "new" hair.
