１本で腹持ちもよいです。

カシューナッツが大好きなので余計に美味しいのかもしれませんが、デーツの酸味もあまり感じられずクセがなく、食べやすいです。こういう健康食品が苦手な方も、カシューナッツが好きであれば絶対美味しいと思いますよ♪

デーツもカシューナッツもそもそも好きなのですが、デーツの味が際立つ訳でも、カシューナッツが際立つ訳でもなく、酸っぱくもなく、甘すぎもせず、なんともシンプルでおいしいです。
