I recently started using this product before bed. Took the max dose of 3. Sleep more soundly and do not wake through the night with aches and pains. Otherwise I usually wake in middle and take ibeupropen. When I take the 3 Jarrow pain relief capsules AND APPLY SOME TOPRICIN ON MY HOT SPOTS BEFORE BED I 95% OF THE TIME SLEEP RIGHT THROUGH AND WAKE EARLY AND REFRESHED. That is big for me. I gave 3 of the pain relief to my husband before bed yesterday as he played 27 holes of golf yesterday. It worked fior him as well! Love that is so anti inflammatory!

No Relief,

I will not be repurchasing this product. I purchased this product based on the Company Jarrow and the reviews. Unfortunately, I felt no relief. I even doubled the amount it said to take. I have back pain and muscle tightening.
