Good product but I've moved on to other Calcium forms,
February 27, 2008
From North Carolina
I like just about everything about Jarrow's Bone-up. It has all the necessary synergistic nutrients (at meaningful dosages) to ensure high calcium absorption and offers Calcium hydroxyapapite which has proven to be more soluble than carbonate. It is a high quality product which I've taken for months now to counteract Osteopenia. But my stomach acid is low and I switched to Calcium malate and gluconite which have higher absorbability. I still consider it excellent - make sure you distribute the 6 capsules during the day and take it with food!

This product has all the supplements I was taking individually, and my bone scan showed 9% improvement. I also take strontium and Biosil along with it for more bone suppost.

Great Product!!!,

As I go through menopause I am experiencing many things in my body but most noticeably my knees hurt a lot! It has made excercise painful, even walking and forget about running! The hydroxyapetite form of the Bone-Up worked within 2 weeks. I take it regularly and it has helped immensely. I can walk easily and I can run or use the eliptical with ease. Thank you Jarrow!

I was referred to this product by an MD who specializes in holistic medicine. This is the best calcium supplement around, with minimal (if any!) additives.

If you read all the ingredients, it's no wonder why so many integrative medicine experts recommended this. A great way to get your calcium.

Nutrition for the Bones,
January 10, 2008
By

I found this product on line and decided to give it a try. I was taking coral calcium but didn't feel like my bones were really top notch. This is WAY superior to coral calcium with added ingredients that really work. I found this company to be superb in their knowledge and use of ingedients in making compounds. Keep up the good work...I'll keep taking it!

Like this!,
March 16, 2008
From Virginia
My parents who were both diagnosed with Osteoperosis and were recommended Bone Up by their doctor. So, I have started taking it to try to prevent Osteoperosis in the future. It has Calcium, D and Magnesium so is essentially 3 vitamins in one. And I don't experience stomach upset or constipation from it. Will continue to take this long term!
