Chrysin (5,7-Dihydroxyflavone) is a bioflavonoid found in passion flower (Passiflora coerula), that promotes healthy testosterone levels by inhibiting aromatase, the enzyme that converts testosterone to estrogen.
Usage: Take 1 capsule per day with a meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
Cellulose, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate (vegetable source). Capsule consists of gelatin.

There's evidence that chrysin is a potent aromatase inhibitor. The problem is bioavailability. Taking chrysin with piperine might make the chrysin much more bioavailable.
My husband takes this to help with prostate enlargement, and since starting about a year ago, things are much better for him. Helps to stop testosterone changing to DHT through the action of estrogens.

In as much as I have nothing with which to compare this product, it seems effective for the purpose of mitigating potential effects of DHEA, and helps me maintain the Testosterone/Estrogen balance

I used to take saw palmetto for BPH, but switched to chrysin a couple years ago because of concerns that beta sitosterol may be a risk factor in ALS. (Both herbals worked fine for the BPH.)
