This is VERY STRONG. I only take 1 capsule a day and still notice the improvements. I am able to work out more and build muscles twice the size I normally had. Be careful. Start with 1 and see if you need anymore. I also take 1 sea cucumber capsule to reduce any joint pains.

Better then drinking powder with the after test. I take 6 capsules after my workout with juice without the needs of mixing and measuring. I feel I am finally more consistence on the amount of creatine I am taking.
