Glycemic Balance Features:

Suggested Use

Add 2 scoops of powder to 8 oz. of cold water, low-fat milk soy milk or rice milk. Mix, shake or blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Add flax oil, nuts and seeds for additional benefit. For sugar restricted diet or weight management diets, add fruit or juice to enhance the taste.
