I have suffered with hot flashes and night sweats for 7 years even though I was on HRT. I finally got off and found IP6 in a health newsletter and ordered. It is wonderful!!!!!!!!Can't imagine my life without it now..No more hot flashes or night sweats. It's great and I am recommending it to all women with menopause.

This is a different formulation of Jarrow's other IP6 product. It seems like a quality formulation however, I have to wait for a while to notice the results. Because IP6 gradually moves toxins and impurities out of the system.

Just make sure you take with only distilled or reverse osmosis water. At least 3 hours away from any food or other supplement. Just water within 3 hours of taking. Easiest when first waking up in the morning then just waiting 3 hours to eat.
