I use this product to make fruit smoothies. My whole family loves them and they are nutritious. It's also a wonderful alternative to ice cream. Just use a blender and blend with juice, then add and blend frozen fruit to desired consistency. It's wonderful. A great way to get the right amount of nutrients into your diet when you, or that stubborn child, won't eat what is necessary to maintain a healthy diet. I highly recommend it.

This is one of my favorite protein powders. It dissolves pretty easily, tastes pretty nice, and I can feel that I’m definitely absorbing the protein (I can eat some rice or soy protein mixes, and feel consistently weaker with continued use, this is not the case with the Jarrow soy protein mixes).
The added nutrients are greatly appreciated, and I really love that this product is 100% natural and vegan too!
I do wish, however, that this product came with a scoop, and could also be purchased in a larger size.

Dissolves with minimal aggitation. Nice when mixed 1/1 with IsoSoy. Great protein per serving for post work outs. Easy digesting and aids in packing on dense, lean muscle.

This product has no fat nor carbs to speak of and perfect for vegetarians watching their weight. The taste is great. I make a smoothy out of it with frozen fruit. Takes away my appetite, very filling and great when you are on the run like I am most of the time.
