Jarrow Formulas, PS 100, 100 mg, 30 Softgels4 Reviews
The length of time for the expiration date or "best used before" date depends on the type of product, as well as the brand.
Perishable items (such as flax oils or certain probiotics) generally have shorter expiration dates. Although our warehouse is fully air-conditioned, these more fragile items are put in cold storage (freezer or refrigeration unit) for maximum freshness.
Our receiving department does its best to verify and then enter the correct expiration dates for all incoming products. However, discrepancies do occur from time to time. This being said, the exceptionally high turnover at iHerb ensures that our inventory is among the freshest in the industry.

iHerb Customer Reviews
There are many studies to back up PS, but in practice I did not find this to be worth it, it may be that I did not use it long enough, but I did try using a high dose with minimal cognitive effects felt. Cortisol lowering which I wasn't looking for anyway wasn't noticed either. If anything it seems to synergize with omega fatty acids which alone are superior.
I have been using this along with SAM-e. It reduced my brain fog and I noticed memory improvement. I stopped using SAM-e because it was making my depression worse, but after stopping, the effect still there, but was not quite as good. Have started using 5HTP which is helping, so I might give it another go.
