Really superb quality.,

I've tried several brands of SAM-e, but I'm glad I started with this one. The consistency and quality of the Jarrow Formulas is worth the few extra dollars a box, no question. I know this sounds silly, but the pills even feel better-made on the tongue.

i love this product. My N.D. suggested is use this for mood lift and depression. i tried the lower dosage for awhile, but this higher dosage made a big difference. my energy and moods are much more stable. i don't fall into engery and mood slumps like i used to. MUCH happier.

My Chinese accupuncturist who was treating me for insane hot flashes suggested SAMe to balance my moods. Since that wasn't one of my problems, I was reluctant, but thought I should at least try what this wise woman suggested. Who knew I would wake up each morning singing and dancing? I've since ordered a box for my best friend to try.

Research has shown that to be effective, SAM-e pills should be enteric coated and packaged in blister packs. The Jarrow products (200 mg. and 400 mg.) fit these requirements, and I find them to be effective.
