Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule per day an hour before bedtime for at least ten consecutive nights for maximum effect, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant. Seditol is not habit forming and may be taken nightly.
Other Ingredients
Cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide. Capsule consists of gelatin.
